Parking

The 150 N. Riverside Plaza building offers indoor, heated parking for $16 (discounted rate for up to 2 hours of parking) Monday through Friday and $17 (discounted rate for up to 4 hours of parking) on Saturdays. 

The garage can be accessed via the alley at Randolph St. (southwest corner of the building) or Lake St. (northwest corner of the building). If the garage door is closed, pull up close to the door, and then it will open.

The garage doors open automatically from 6AM – 7PM Monday – Friday while a valet is onsite.  

If you will be arriving after 7pm during the week, or anytime on Saturday, you must make a valid online parking reservation in advance (using the link below) and use the intercom to access the garage, with proof of reservation. The discounted rates notes above will automatically apply based on the time selected on your hourly parking reservation.
